Browsium Newsletter

The End is Nigh (again) for Internet Explorer 11!

Posted by: Gino Tags: Posted date:

I find it difficult to believe that any of the readers of this Newsletter have not enabled Edge IE Mode already but, just in case, the latest word from Microsoft is that the Internet Explorer 11 desktop app will be permanently disabled on certain versions of Windows 10 as part of the February 2023 Windows security update scheduled for Feb. 14, 2023. So, that’s that for “Classic IE” for most everyone (Edge IE Mode’s Lifecycle is said to be at least until 2029, so legacy application users fear not). Of course, all of Browsium’s software is compatible with Edge IE Mode.

Current DB size + a % for additional seats.
