A recent cumulative update for Windows 11 has caused Browsium Ion’s Custom Files feature to stop working and in some cases display a UAC prompt.

Note: This issue has been identified and resolved. This will be addressed in an upcoming release of the Browsium Client.
Deployments that use Custom Files for Flash or Java remediations may see Java or Flash fail to load and may see UAC prompts when attempting to access pages that use either Flash or Java. Currently, the only available workaround is to avoid installing Windows 11 Cumulative Updates from KB45046617 forward until the upcoming Browsium Client 4.9.6 is installed on affected systems that use Custom Files in their Ion configuration.
